Dear Residents and Partners,

I am pleased to provide an update following the licensing hearing regarding Spice Klub / VT Club.

Following the shooting that occurred outside the club on Douglas Avenue on 3 October, the premises was subject to a full licence review.

As a result of the hearing, the club's premises licence has been revoked indefinitely, and the closure order will remain in force until 12 January 2027.

This outcome reflects the seriousness with which this incident was treated and should provide reassurance and respite to local residents and the wider community.

I would like to thank both the Metropolitan Police and Brent Council Licensing Team for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment in securing this positive outcome.
